Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide the daily activities of team members to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and address any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor staff performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to boost productivity.
• Collaborate with management to achieve organizational goals and meet performance targets.
• Oversee inventory, supplies, and resources to ensure efficient utilization.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure proper shift coverage at all times.
• Enforce compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and hotel regulations.

Supervisor Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
