We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in our Dubai and Sharjah branches. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.

Location: Dubai & Sharjah, UAE, Salary: AED 3,800 per month

Administrative Assistant Key Responsibilities:

As an Administrative Assistant, your role will include:

  • Managing day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Handling communication and correspondence via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Maintaining and updating office records, databases, and files.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Assisting various departments with administrative support as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Taking care of other general office tasks to support the team effectively.

Candidate Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have these:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A proactive and resourceful attitude, with the ability to work independently.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Applicants must currently reside in the UAE and be available for immediate joining.
