Key duties include taking customer orders, operating coffee machines, maintaining cleanliness in the workspace, and ensuring that all beverages are prepared to high-quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Barista

A Barista plays a crucial role in ensuring customers enjoy an exceptional café experience. The following are the key duties and responsibilities you will actively perform:

1. Prepare High-Quality Beverages
   First and foremost, you will craft a variety of hot and cold drinks, including coffee, tea, and specialty beverages. Moreover, you will follow standardized recipes and adapt to customer preferences to ensure consistency and satisfaction.
2. Engage with Customers
   Additionally, you will greet customers warmly, answer questions about menu items, and take orders efficiently. This way, you create a welcoming and positive experience.
3. Operate Equipment
   Furthermore, you will handle espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment skillfully. Not only will this ensure consistent quality, but it will also contribute to the smooth functioning of daily operations.
4. Maintain Cleanliness
   In addition to beverage preparation, you are expected to keep the workstation, equipment, and seating areas clean. Consequently, this helps uphold health and safety standards while creating a pleasant environment.
5. Manage Inventory
   Moreover, you will monitor stock levels, restock supplies as needed, and promptly inform your supervisor of any shortages. This ensures the café operates seamlessly without disruptions.
6. Handle Cash and Payments

7. Assist with Food Preparation

• Salary:
  • 2400 AED for freshers
  • 3200 AED for candidates with at least 1 year of experience
