Real Estate Cashier Job UAE Responsibilities:

• ✔️ Handle cash, credit card, and online payment transactions in a professional and accurate manner.
• ✔️ Issue invoices, receipts, and other financial documents to clients and tenants.
• ✔️ Maintain financial records and prepare daily reports of transactions.
• ✔️ Assist customers with billing inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• ✔️ Ensure all transactions are conducted per company policies and UAE financial regulations.
• ✔️ Manage petty cash and keep track of daily cash flow.
• ✔️ Work closely with the finance and accounts team to ensure proper documentation.
• ✔️ Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information.
• ✔️ Assist in bank deposits, reconciliations, and other financial tasks as assigned.
• ✔️ Stay updated on company policies and government regulations related to financial transactions.

Job Requirements:

• ✅ Previous experience as a Cashier, preferably in a real estate company or a similar field.
• ✅ Basic knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
• ✅ Ability to handle cash, credit transactions, and payment reconciliation.
• ✅ Proficiency in using POS systems, cash registers, and financial software.
• ✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• ✅ Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• ✅ Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• ✅ Good command of English (Arabic knowledge is a plus).
• ✅ Must be available to work full-time in UAE.
